{Update} April 22 2025: The 4th and final phase at Mosaic Homes Parkside at Lynn marketed as Trailside at Lynn is anticipated to launch in early spring. Trailside at Lynn is a 5-storey building with 61 units including 1-, 2-, & 3-bed condos (ranging from 540-1300 sqft).
