Spotlight: 5 New North Shore Apartment Listings

As expected, North Shore apartment inventory is slowly rising as we head further into the Spring, which should hopefully lead to a certain level of stability.  32 New listings (30 NV/2 WV) has total inventory at 156 homes (119 NV/37 WV). The Multiple Listing Services HPI (home price index) for apartments in North Vancouver continues to trend upwards, realizing an increase of 17.6% in March 2017 vs. March 2016 ($474,000 vs. $403,200) and 2.3% higher over the last month.
