Spotlight: 5 New North Shore Apartment Listings
Demand continues to keep pace with supply across the North Shore in the apartment market. Perhaps most concerning is the continued lack of affordable units making it to market via pre-sales, as developers continue to sell off their inventory to investors and "VIP's" preventing real first-time home buyers the opportunity to get into the market. Overall inventory as of Saturday was at 154 homes (104 NV/50 WV) helped along by 48 new listings (32 NV/16 WV). Appropriately priced units continue to sell well.

The Ravenwoods developments in Roche Point have been a popular location for outdoor enthusiasts and first time home buyers alike. A short drive from water access at Deep Cove or Cates Park, and skiing, hiking and mountain biking on Seymour Mountain.
