Jan. 15, 2015 | New Developments | By Aaron Rossetti

City council voted this week 4-3 to revive the draft Official Community Plan (OCP) and hold a new public hearing. Being added for debate are a number of items that were removed from the draft OCP by the previous council, including increased density in Moodyville and allowing single family home owners the ability to add a secondary suite and a coach house.
