Ward Residence - circa 1910

The first owner of this house was William E. Ward, a claims clerk of the Canadian Pacific Railway.

The home is noted for strong Arts and Crafts elements, such as its complex roofline and rich contrast of surface textures including stucco, half-timbering and cedar shingle siding. It sits on a prominent estate sized (100' x 132') corner lot in Upper Lonsdale.

Last sold in 1997.
