North Vancouver's 9 most-expensive homes (by Assessed value)
With the new assessments, the BC Assessment Authority has released its list of the top 500 most valuable homes in British Columbia. This year, assessed values on the list range from $11,714,000 for the 500th-ranked property to a high of $73,457,000 for the most valuable home. Collectively, the Top 500 carry a combined assessed value of approximately $8.28 billion, down from last year’s total—signaling a broader softening at the very top end of the market.
In North Vancouver, however, luxury real estate remains highly coveted. Waterfront properties dominate the rankings: of the nine most expensive homes in North Vancouver, all but one are located along the coveted Beachview Drive waterfront stretch. Together, these nine homes hold a combined assessed value of approximately $122 million, down from $127 million last year, reflecting a slight pullback even in the area’s premium market.
