Moodyville Park is set for a revamp with the City's approval of a $3 million master plan. Once completed, the new park will have green gathering spaces, play areas, preserved park pathways, bike paths and linkage between the Spirit Trail. Two newer, much more inviting park entrances will greet park visitors at the foot of Queensbury Ave and East 3rd Street with a public plaza, as well as Moody Avenue and West 2nd Street. Improvements and upgrades will be made to children’s play areas, washroom facilities, picnic areas and a new covered pavilion, multi-sport court and dog park.

Want to live here? Green on Queensbury will overlook the park, with three buildings spanning the entire 700 block of East 3rd Street. Learn more about this development here >
