Map Searching //
We've added map searching to our listings, opens, and sales pages making it easier than ever for you to find properties.
Check it out for yourself by looking for the 'Map View' button on these main search pages.

Recent Price History //
All MLS® listings now feature the home's recent price history including previous listings, price changes, and sales! When logged into your free account, look for the 'Recent Price History' tab for the full details.
Price Changed listings //
Our search pages and alerts now include homes with price changes, making it easier than ever to follow along for the best homes that match your search.
Sold Listing Search //
We've added support for over 2 years of sold listings on the North Shore.

Advanced Search Criteria //
We've added advanced search options to our listings and sales searches. Account holders can now filter listings by:
- The number of covered parking spaces
Plus, if a home has:
- a den
- a secondary suite
- air-conditioning
- in-suite laundry
- pets allowed bylaws
- rentals allowed bylaws
Set Sales Alerts //
Want to stay up-to-date on what homes in your area or building are selling for? Account holders can now set sales alerts to be notified by email each day listings are reported sold on the MLS®.
Or, turn off the alert on your search alerts page for easy access to your search across devices.
Save Sold Listings //
Find a good comparable to your home or want to save a sold listing for reference later? You can now save sold and off market listings to your favourites page. Look for the bookmark icon to save the listing.
Plus, all homes you ‘Follow’ for price and sale updates will automatically be added to your off market favourites.

Search North and West Vancouver Sales //
You can now search up to 2 years of North Shore sales with access to full property details, images, and sale prices! Find this feature on all listings on our site, from the main search pages, as well as prefiltered by building.

Follow This Listing //
You can now follow active listings for instant updates to price or status changes! Create an account, click the bell icon on the listing and our site will instantly update you if the price goes up or down, as well as when the listing comes off the market, ie if it sells (with access to the home's sale price).
Note: if you already have an account with our site, favourite alerts were set to off. To activate the feature, visit your favourites page and click the alert switch to On (showing the switch blue). If you are creating a new account, this feature will be on by default. To deactivate, click the alert switch to off (showing grey).

Check out our new website! We've just completed a 6 month project for a new, fully custom website.
What's new? Everything. Items we are excited about:
- Search by area, address, or MLS® number right from the home page.
- Updated listing pages with a more modern layout of information and an updated photo player
- Updated MLS® search with instant search results right on the page.
- Easier to follow building pages and updated set alert buttons

If you already have an account on our site with a saved search or active listing alert you may notice that our filters have changed.
