“Not My House” Sentiment Continues, Albeit a Smaller Group

An interesting survey from Zillow, a real estate website in the US, was published regarding homeowner perceptions of their property's value. The survey found that despite 74% of US homes losing value in the past 12 months, roughly half of homeowners surveyed think their home's value increased or stayed the same for that period. Although this survey came out of the US, the same perceptions could likely be found here in Vancouver.
