Calverhall

Calverhall is carved along the hill overlooking the Iron Workers Memorial Bridge and the inner harbour. The neighbourhood runs from Hendry Avenue in the West, to Brooksbank Avenue in the East, and from Drayton Street down to Haywood Street.

Calverhall offers easy access to all of North Vancouver’s amenities, close to Lonsdale and Queensbury, Park and Tilford Shopping Centre, and just minutes to downtown along Highway 1 and the Iron Workers Memorial Bridge.

Real Estate:

Calverhall is one of the more affordable North Vancouver family neighbourhoods, offering the convenience of Grand Boulevard at a slightly lower price point. Calverhall offers only single family homes, generally on 50’ lots, most with lane access. Most lots are situated with Northwest, or Southeast facing yards.
