Anthem Properties Group has submitted an application to redevelop Seymour Estates. 

The application proposes 333 homes (290 owned, 35 market rental, and 8 below market rental. The development would consist of:

+ Two - 6-storey apartment buildings
+ Seven 3 to 4 storey stacked townhouse buildings
+ Six 3-storey townhouse buildings.
