Apartment inventory across the North Shore is holding steady in the mid-100's, creeping up slightly this week to a total of 160 listings as of writing (107 NV/53 WV); a result of 42 new listings in the last week (33 NV/9 WV). A wide range of units came to market this week, however no 3-bedroom homes, highlighting the low inventory in this segment of the market.  12 of the new listings were one-bedrooms, with 30 new 2-beds.
