This week saw 36 new listings come to the North Shore market (32 NV/4 WV), increasing total inventory slightly to 166 apartment listings (120 NV/46 WV). Sales have remained strong through the first half of May as we continue to see low-market listings receive multiple offers and sell for well over asking price and assessed value.  This trend does not look to slow as entry-level market demand remains strong as a result of first time home buyers entering the market and income investors seeking solid revenue homes.  Prices continue to creep up in the mid-high end of the market as sellers expectations rise with recent sales figures.  We highly recommend continuing to do your due diligence on a unit and building before proceeding with any offers - please feel free to reach out to us for assistance with your search to make sure you receive sound professional advice.
