City Council voted down Pipe Shop museum

On Monday the North Vancouver City Council voted down plans for a museum inside the Shipyard's Pipe Shop building. Short of its $5m funding goal and in the face of a report questioning revenue viability, council voted 4-2 to not support the project, with city staff to report back with possible alternative venues for the museum.
