PART 1: Select Sub-Area or Areas

Before a search can be started, you must define more precisely where you want to search.

The sub-areas you see in the list are determined by which region you pick in the first screen of the search--if you wish to change the region, just click on the hyperlink at the top of the screen "Advanced Search Region Selection".

Using the Selection List at the top of the screen click anywhere from one to all entrie.

To search all areas just click the "Entire Area" Check box. You don't need to click on the list at all, just go to step 2.

Multiple selections: Hold down the Control or Option key on PCs or the Command/Apple key on a Macintosh while at the same time clicking on the sub-areas you wish to search. The Sub-Areas you have clicked on will be hilighted by the computer. To deselect any area just click on the highlighted name you wish to omit--you will see the highlight disappear. That means that area will not be searched.

PART 2: Property Type:

Simply select a property type from the pull down menu, then proceed to step 3.

PART 3: Price Range

Input the minimum price on the left, and the maximum on the right as indicated. NOTE: Search will not work if your minimum value exceeds the maximum.The Wider the price range you select the more results you will get, but the search will be a bit slower.

PARTS 4 & 5: Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Simply select a property type from the pull down menus, then proceed to step 6.

PARTS 6: Age Range

Select the minimum price on the left, and the maximum on the right as indicated. NOTE: Search will not work if your minimum value exceeds the maximum. The Wider the price range you select the more results you will get, but the search will be a bit slower.
