Braemar

North Vancouver

Braemar is the most recently developed subdivision of the District of North Vancouver.  The neighbourhood stretches north and south along Braemar Road and extends down along the Braemar-Dempsey connector.

Although a portion of the houses are 30 -40 years old, generally when locals think of Braemar it is of the very large, executive family homes overlooking the valley.

Backing onto trails, this area is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. Close to Princess Park for picnics and tennis.

Schools vary depending on where in Braemar the home is located, and include the highly thought of Carisbrooke Elementary and Upper Lynn Elementary Schools, and Argyle  and Carson Graham Secondary.
