Once considered somewhat remote, Seymour has become a trendy, desirable area with many young families locating here.  Activities include mountain biking along the many trails, cross-country and downhill skiing, kayaking or boating in Deep Cove or at Cates Park, fishing, and golfing at the two local golf courses.

Things to See and Do:

Maplewood Farm – The last remaining farm on the North Shore. Open to the public to see and experience the over 200 animals and birds. (website)
